 NYONYA FISH HEAD CURRY


Ingredients

Fish head (preferably big fish such as red promfret (ikan Merah, tenggiri, etc)

Vegetables:  Lady's finger, brinjal, carrot, tomato, big red chilli

Fish Curry powder (I prefer Adabi)

Shallots, garlic (blend/chopped)

Cinnamon stick, Bunga lawang, Bunga cengkih, buah pelaga

Coconut milk (optional)

Tamarind paste (Assam jawa)

Assam keping

Salt to taste

Vegetable oil
