Welcome to my blog. I am a working professional who works full-time and could hardly find time to cook.  At the end of the working day I usually find myself too tired to cook, and therefore eat-out most of the time. Whenever I could, I would try to cook at home, since home-cooked food is definitely healthier than commercially prepared food.   The food I cook are usually simple and fast to cook. During the weekends, or on holidays I would try out more elaborate recipes.  Among my favourite food are noodle soup, pasta, curries and salads.  My all time favourite is the steamed fish noodle, and fish head noodle soup. I also like pickles, since they could be prepared earlier and consumed later. They also last a long time.
